Cookie Pops by Candy Barnhart
Makes 24, which will serve 6 easily.
This Recipe was made with
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cup crumbled
ARCHWAY Oatmeal Raisin
3/4 cup crumbled
ARCHWAY Coconut Macaroons
1/4 c. ground almonds
Place all ingredients except almonds in a medium mixing bowl and blend well.
Form mix into 24 balls.
Place ground almonds in a small shallow dish and roll cookie pops lightly in them.
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
