  • Four scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 c caramel syrup
  • 1/4 c toasted pecan pieces
  • 1/4 can whip cream 8 Archway Coconut Macaroons


  1. Place the ice cream scoops in a long glass bowl.
  2. Pour the caramel over the ice cream.
  3. Next add the pcans over the caramel.
  4. Line the edges with the whip cream.
  5. Cut the cookies in half and place over the whip cream. Enjoy!
