  • 4 cups half and half
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 Archway Frosty Lemon cookies, crushed, leaving some larger pieces


  1. In a large bowl combine half and half, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour mixture into a counter top ice cream freezer or traditional ice cream freezer.
  4. Add cookie crumbs.
  5. Follow manufacturer directions to prepare ice cream. I use a counter top machine.
