Makes 6-8 servings.
Ready to eat in 15-20 minutes.
- 4 cups half and half
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 Archway Frosty Lemon cookies, crushed, leaving some larger pieces
- In a large bowl combine half and half, sugar and vanilla.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour mixture into a counter top ice cream freezer or traditional ice cream freezer.
- Add cookie crumbs.
- Follow manufacturer directions to prepare ice cream. I use a counter top machine.
