Frosty Lemon Frosty Lemon


  • 2 cups crushed Archway Frosty Lemon cookies (finely crushed)
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 3 cups raspberries


  1. Combine cookies and butter and mix well.
  2. Using 4 parfait glasses, even layer the following in each glass: layer of cookie crumb mixture, then lemon curd, then berries and then whipped cream in each parfait glass until glasses are full.
  3. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
