- 2 cups crushed Archway Frosty Lemon cookies (finely crushed)
- 7 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 3 cups raspberries
- Combine cookies and butter and mix well.
- Using 4 parfait glasses, even layer the following in each glass: layer of cookie crumb mixture, then lemon curd, then berries and then whipped cream in each parfait glass until glasses are full.
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
