Shortbread Shortbread


  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Tbs sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • one pint of strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 Tbs sugar.
  • Archway Shortbread cookies


  1. Whip 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream with 4 Tbs sugar and a dash of cinnamon in a chilled mixing bowl.
  2. Slice one pint of strawberries and mix with 1 Tbs sugar.
  3. Alternately layer crumbled Soft Sugar Drop cookies, whipped cream and strawberries in a triffle bowl or four tall champagne flutes (or any other serving bowls).
