Oatmeal Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream Archway Oatmeal cookies
  • Jar of marshmallow fluff
  • Grated and roasted coconut semisweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Melt the semisweet chocolate and spread on a cookie. Let cool.
  2. On another cookie, spread as much marshmellow fluff as you want and sprinkle with grated coconut.
  3. Take a scoop of ice cream and put it on the fluff/cocunut topped cookie.
  4. Place the chocolate covered cookie on the top of the ice cream and enjoy!
